It’s ok if your feelings don’t make sense. They don’t have to, that’s why they are feelings and not actions. What you feel does not always reflect who you are in the world,what you do or how you do it. Work on accepting that your feelings are meant to help you process your experiences, and to better understand the dimensions and the nuances of your world, not to compel you to feel shame for feeling them. That’s why they occur on the inside of you, not the outside.
